DDR5 is not backwards compatible

DDR5 uses a different physical slot and cannot be installed in a DDR4 server. Your server must specifically support DDR5.

Always check your server spec

Even within the same model range, some configurations may not support DDR5. Check your server’s technical datasheet or contact us to confirm.
