Description
The HPE Microsoft Windows Server 2022 2-core Std Add Lic is an HPE ROK Windows Server 2022 Standard 2-core add-on licence used to extend core licensing coverage on compatible HPE ProLiant servers.
This is not a standalone Windows Server licence. It is purchased alongside an appropriate base Windows Server licence when the physical processor core count in the server exceeds the cores already covered, or where additional licensing coverage is required for the chosen edition.

Important licensing notes
- This add-on must be used with a compatible Windows Server 2022 Standard base licence.
- Do not mix editions incorrectly; Standard add-ons are for Standard licensing and Datacenter add-ons are for Datacenter licensing.
- Confirm total physical cores, processor count and virtualisation requirements before ordering.
- CALs may still be required for users or devices accessing the server environment.
